QUESTIONS:
-
WHAT DO YOU DO?I've been tattooing since 2017, and I specialize in dark American traditional-ish designs. I have a degree in photography for some reason. I have a dog and I really like caves and medieval stuff.
-
WHAT DO YOU TATTOO?I like tattooing magical things, religious things, nature, animals, people, and anything fantasy related! I'm pretty open.
-
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?I'm located in Toronto, Canada. I work in a shared private studio near Dupont and Dufferin. I provide more detailed instructions on how to find the studio once you've booked an appointment.
-
WHAT'S YOUR RATE?I price most tattoos by piece - if you have something in mind, send me an email and I can help you with an estimate. For larger custom work, my hourly rate is $150/hr for limbs, and $180/hr for torso pieces.
-
HOW DO I BOOK?Follow this link to my booking site. From here, choose a time frame and a date that works for you. Please remember to fill out the comment section with any relevant info about the tattoo you'd like to get. Once I receive your booking request, I'll send over an email to confirm any details. If everything looks good, I'll send over a deposit invoice to you via my booking system, and as soon as that's paid, we're all set.
-
DEPOSIT POLICY?Once you book and I confirm via email, I'll send you a deposit invoice via my booking system, Square. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100 before your spot is confirmed. No deposit = no appointment. If you wish to reschedule, I allow a 72 hour grace period in order to carry over your deposit. If you no-show or cancel/reschedule within 72 hours of the appointment, your deposit will be forfeit.
-
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?Yes, but please only bring one friend. The studio isn't particularly suited to hosting large parties and I'm not charismatic enough to entertain a whole crowd.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR TATTOOGet a good nights rest, shower and wear deodorant, dress comfy (if you're being tattooed in an area like your thigh, bring a change of shorts, or similar clothing that allows comfortable access to the area) and remember to eat breakfast or lunch and stay hydrated. It's never a bad idea to bring some snacks and a bottle of water for yourself either.
-
THINGS TO AVOID BEFORE YOUR TATTOOAvoid drinking alcohol the day/night prior to your tattoo - alcohol is a blood thinner and can make the tattooing process more difficult. If you have a period, you may also find it helpful to avoid getting tattooed during that time of the month as it seems to make getting tattooed more painful. Do not take any NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) prior to your tattoo - this includes things like Aleve, Ibuprofen, Advil, and Naproxen. These also thin the blood and can cause similar issues to alcohol when tattooing.
-
SANIDERM/STICKY BANDAGEI recommend keeping adhesive bandages on for at least 24 hours, or a maximum of 48 hours. Once you'd like to remove the bandage, take a hot shower (heat will loosen the adhesive) and wash the tattoo thoroughly with unscented soap. If it feels itchy or scabby, apply a bit of unscented lotion or aquaphor.
-
NON-ADHESIVE BANDAGETry your best to keep the bandage on overnight, and wash the tattoo thoroughly when you shower in the morning. Once clean, pat it dry with a clean paper towel and apply a thin layer of aquaphor or vaseline daily.
-
THINGS TO AVOID AFTER YOUR TATTOONO SUN NO SWIMMING FOR 2 WEEKS. Swimming, bathing, washing dishes, submerging your new tattoo into any liquid, don't do it. It's basically bacteria soup on an open wound, no thank you. You can most definitely shower, though. Tanning, burning, or whatever you do in the sun - it's also bad. Wear loose clothing over your tattoo, or cut the top of a sock off and slide it over the tattoo, whatever you do, keep it out of the sun. Your skin is trying to recover and blasting it with UV rays isn't going to help.
-
TOUCHUPSI offer touch-ups on my own work free of charge, so long as you book within 3 months of the tattoo being completed. If you book a touch-up after 3 months has passed, a touch-up will be priced as a regular tattoo. However, if you're getting another tattoo and want me to quickly touch up an old one while I'm already set up, I'm always happy to do that for you.
